The topic for this week really hit home. (3/13/07) I have been having struggles with thoughts recently and I think it is important to recognize when we are bombarded with these attacks and how to respond to them. Them enemy wants to take us out therefore he is always trying to attack us in very ways especially in the mind. Prayer fasting and discernment are key when we as Christians are under attack.

    Resurrection and Holy Week:
Oh what a wonderful testimony was revealed during this weeks news letter. I too remember being all excited about Easter as a child. This is when I would get a new outfit, easter basket, recite the easter poem at church etc. It was not until I grew in my faith that I realized what Resurrection Sunday is all about. The greatest gift that is given to believers was when Jesus died for your sins and mine, and on that 3rd day he got up with all power in his hand that we will have eternal life. Our relationship with our Lord allows us to know that we serve a risen Saviour who is alive to this day. What a blessing that is for all Christians.

    Seeking to Serve
